Even if it is something we enjoy doing...more often it isn't, but the need for motivation does often crop up.
In today's reading, Sarah Mae lists out some tips for us on those days when we need a lil more get up and go.
I'll summarize.
- It is a good idea and helpful to read over your mission statement every day.
- Wear your tennis shoes...it helps you feel more like moving. (This really works for me.)
- Tackle the hardest thing on your to do list, first. That way everything else won't seem so hard.
- Play music and dance while you work. Music ALWAYS gets my blooding pumping. Thank you, Pandora!
- Get the kids involved. Make a game out of who can clean different rooms the fastest and give a prize to the winner.
- Remind yourself of how good it feels to have a clean environment and how appreciative your family is of coming home to a clean house.
